Five eternal questions:

How can I
be forgiven?

How?  When??  Where???

This is a website with simple questions and simple answers.

Scholars can read it but probably no "scholar" will be satisfied with either the questions or the simple answers,
because these answers are not in harmony with doctrines that must be held as "true"
in order to be labeled as being a recognized scholar.

First question: Where did energy originate?

Scientists and scholars have searched for this answer for some time.

Could it be that it is unanswerable?

We can find all sorts of speculative conjectures - so far - there has been no serious hypothes to emerge.
The Newton website posts some current conjectures - the responses actually evade the "origin" issue.

Why no real answers?

There is only one serious answer to the delema of origins.
That answer invloves a creator - God.
Such a realization generates so many implications that modern humanity has determined
the possibility of a Creator God must be ignored.

Which brings us to the original question:
   Where did energy originate?

A passage from the Old Testament Scriptures is a series of simple statements - recorded as fact (TRUTH):

" In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light
"  (Genesis 1:1-3).

We were looking for simplicity - here it is a TRUTH:

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

A recent book, Thrice Trumpeted Truths, speaks to the point by beginning with a question:
Question:  How or where did the mass - energy of the universe originate?
The energy - mass input had to be monumentally colossal.
How much? Simplistically stated:  the total mass-energy potential of each atom is the
sum of its nuclear binding energy,
plus the binding energy of its electrons, plus the mass to energy (E=mc2) Energy.
For each atom in the universe - the mass - energy is colossal.
Next, think of this: there are an "innumerable" number of atoms that make up the totality of the universe with its billions of galaxies.
Then consider: for the birth of the universe, the energy input would need to be far more than an original "chunk" could contain or produce
when it went "bang."  An omnipotent Creator was mandatory. God is omnipotent; His power (energy) is infinite.
He created (bara) - by the "word of His power." Thus, at creation - all the mass-energy in the universe was input by God's almighty power,
displaying  "His eternal power and Godhead."
(Romans 1:20)
